SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery service is only available within New Zealand. Unfortunately, Hi Collects do not deliver to any other countries.

  2. Delivery available on Monday to Friday, exclude weekend or public holidays. Please note, orders received on Friday will be processed on next Monday. No goods will be shipped during weekend.

  3. Hi Collects provide the delivery service via CourierPost, which targets delivery to your address in 1 -3 working day in most areas of North Island and 2 -3 working days to South Island or Great Barrier Island. Please note, to rural addresses can add 1 -3 working days to the standard targeted delivery times.

  4. To guarantee you or your nominated receiver can receive the order, all orders deliver to you or them are tracked and signature required. If you or they are not at the address when the parcel arrived, the CourierPost will leave a Card or you could have an Authorise to Leave. Please note, Hi Collects consider that the delivery has been completed, and you are at your own risk if the goods have lost, theft or any damage if you provide CourierPost authority to leave parcel at an unattended address. Hi Collects will not take any responsibility of replacing or refunding for your lost or damage as a result of no proof of delivery.

  5. Delivery charges are not refundable. Delivery can not be cancelled when Hi Collects have dispatched and sent you the tracking number. If you wish to cancel delivery before then, please contact service@hicollects.com.

  6. Delivery charges are automatically calculated at check out. Please note, Hi Collects may change delivery charges at any time as it is necessary to do that. As Hi Collects locates in Auckland the delivery charges are vary to different areas in New Zealand.

  7. Free Shipping policy is based upon the total amount of the bill after any promotions and discounts are applied. The shipping fees deducts automatically at check out when you meet the Free Shipping policy. Please note, the minimum amount of bill for free shipping is subject to change at any time.

  8. Please note, you have the obligation to provide a correct address to us to ensure Hi Collects can deliver your orders to you successfully. Any additional delivery fee incurred by re-delivery to the correct address, which due to your error to enter the correct address when placing orders, will be at your own cost.

  9. Please contact Hi Collects immediately, if you parcel has been a delay or arrives damaged. Hi Collects will contact CourierPost as soon as possible.

Returns

To Return:

  • All items must not have been used, worn or washed, otherwise they will not be accepted.

  • Please ensure that the items return in original condition and original packing, with proof of purchase (such as, invoice, order confirmation).

  • Shipping returns is at your cost, except you received items which are different from your orders. Returns will not be exchanged or refunded if they are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend use a signature required and tracked shipping service.

Changed of your mind?

Do not worry, we hold your back. Please contact Hi Collects via service@hicollects.com within 10 days of receipt. We will arrange either exchange or offering you a credit (valid for 6 months). Please note, packing and shipping will be at your cost.

Received different items from your orders

Oops! We apologize for that. Once you notice that, please leave them in original condition and contact us immediately. Hi Collects will send the correct items and arrange for shipping of the returns at our cost.

 

Faulty

We aim to satisfy you by our service and products. If you receive faulty items, please contact Hi Collects via service@hicollects.com within 7 days of receipt. Will discuss with you for exchange or refund.
